To qualify, create a valid Snatch account and complete registration within the last 24 hours. The Welcome Pack cannot be claimed by existing account holders or by anyone who has already created an account with us. Only one welcome bonus is allowed per person, household, email address or IP address. Each bonus needs the minimum deposit shown in your personal account, and once you qualify the bonus is credited automatically to your SND Bonus Account. A maximum cashout applies to each deposit bonus, capped at a multiple of the bonus amount. Each bonus must be wagered 25 times the deposit plus the bonus, and you have 10 days after each bonus is credited to meet the wagering. If wagering is not met in time, the remaining bonus funds and any winnings from the bonus are forfeited. The free spins are played in games we choose and must be used within 10 days of being credited, after which they expire with their winnings. Winnings from the free spins carry 40x wagering with a maximum cashout of US$250. If your first deposit is above US$2,000 and the later ones are below US$500, you keep the first deposit bonus and your VIP benefits but lose the later deposit bonuses. Qualifying players are assigned a personal manager, and the offer is limited to one per player, household, IP address or device.
General bonus rules
Unless an offer says otherwise, a bonus must be wagered 3 times before you can withdraw and stays valid for 24 hours from the moment you receive it. Only one bonus can be active at a time, deposit bonuses cannot be combined, and you can always decline a bonus. Bonuses are limited to one per individual and immediate family, home address, email address, IP address, phone number, account number and device.
SND bonus funds
SND is the Snatch Monetary Resource, exchanged at 1 SND per 1 USDT. The SND Bonus Account covers all slots and six Evolution live games, Monopoly Big Baller, Mega Ball, Crazy Time, Monopoly, Funky Time and Dream Catcher. SND bonus funds count toward wagering only on Snatch slot games, and specific offers can set other wagering rules. Fair play and no-deposit winnings
Instant Win or Crash bets with a winning multiplier lower than 1.1 do not count toward wagering. Betting on both red and black or both odd and even, or covering more than 24 numbers on the roulette table in one round, is not allowed while you wager a bonus. If it happens, the bonus and related winnings may be removed, while your deposit and winnings made without bonus funds stay untouched. You can win up to 100 EUR or the equivalent from any no-deposit offer, unless that offer sets its own cap. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits
You can deposit with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, USDT on ERC-20 and TRC-20, other cryptocurrencies and EUR. There is no general minimum deposit, although a bonus can set its own, and the maximum depends on the payment method you choose. Use your own funds only. We do not convert currencies. Withdrawals
Withdrawals go back to the same method you used to deposit. Each request is between US$25 and US$500, so larger amounts are sent as several requests, and the general daily withdrawal limit is US$1,000 unless your personal manager agrees a different limit. Active deposited funds have to be played through before a withdrawal. Processing usually takes up to 72 hours but can take longer, and the release time then depends on the payment method. We verify players at the first withdrawal and at any later time we decide, and may ask for identity, address and payment documents. An account nobody has signed in to for six months in a row becomes dormant, and we may then charge an administrative fee of 5% of the balance or up to US$100, whichever is greater. After 48 months of inactivity, the balance is confiscated.
